INSURANCE INFORMATION
After your physician schedules your procedure, a hospital representative will contact your insurance company to determine coverage, deductible and co-payment amounts. You will then be notified of your estimated financial responsibility for hospital charges.
This estimate does not include charges for anesthesia, radiology, pathology, the surgeon or other consultants. You will be billed separately for these services.
ALWAYS IN NETWORK
If we are contracted with your insurance company, we will bill your insurance company and accept the amount allowed. You will only be responsible for in-network co-payments and deductibles.
If we are not contracted with your insurance company, we will make every effort to limit your financial responsibility to your in-network levels by estimating as closely as possible your in-network co-insurance and deductibles. Both you and your insurance company will be given a discounted fee for our services. You will be asked to pay the estimated in-network portion. Upon receipt of payment from your insurance company, we will reconcile your in-network financial responsibility with our estimate. |
