Is parking easily accessible?
We offer FREE PARKING in our parking garages that are just steps from the front door.
Can I fill out the admissions forms for my doctor before my appointment?
Yes, please visit Admissions Forms to download, print and fill out the necessary forms before your first visit.
How do I care for my surgical site until my follow up with Dr. Nelms?
Keep the site clean and dry. Do not scrub, rub or scratch the incision. Do not apply any lotions, soaps or topical ointments on the incision.
Do you have x-ray and MRI available in the office?
Yes. Since we are located in the HOSH Medical Tower we have access to the state-of-the-art Imaging Department of the hospital. Click here to learn more.
What do I wear the day of my surgery?
Wear large comfortable clothing. Wear large and loose button-down shirts if you are having shoulder surgery and short or loose pants if you are having knee surgery. |
