Dr. Nelms practices general Orthopedic surgery with a subspecialty in spine surgery. Dr. Nelms primarily works at Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital which is a specialty hospital for Orthopedics and Neurosurgery, and has privileges at Methodist Hospital in the Medical Center. Dr. Nelms served on the faculty at Baylor College of Medicine from 1991 through 2005 on both the full time and part time faculty. PRACTICE FEATURES Barry A.
